Carl Latzel has a degree in Economics and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics. He has been buying and selling real estate since he was in high school and has a very hands-on approach. Throughout his working career, he has been a mortgage broker, project manager and project administrator of very large building and development projects and has designed and built several houses. Carl is fluent in German and welcomes inquiries from all over the world.

Carl has been a member of the Remax Executive Club, President's Club, and 100% Club and a Victoria Real Estate Board Bronze, Silver and Gold Award winner.

As a long-time resident, Carl is knowledgeable of the commercial and residential sectors of the Greater Victoria area. He has lived in nearly every municipality and has raised a family here.

Carl volunteers his time with several organizations and is a Freemason and a Shriner. He has represented the Victoria Real Estate Board on a municipal task force and is a Government Liaison Committee member. Carl is a member of the Real Estate Institute of B.C., Victoria Minis Car Club, Victoria MG Club and Porsche Club of America, Vancouver Island Region.
